Williamson Magor & Company Ltd has re-appointed M/s R. Dugar & Associates as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 12th February, 2026. The company also released its un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31* December, 2025. The financial results were submitted by M/s. V. Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
