Wipro Limited has renewed its long-standing Digital Workplace Services contract with ABB, a global technology leader. This multi-year engagement will see Wipro continue to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled Digital Workplace Services for ABB's global operations. The renewal focuses on enhancing employee experience through advanced automation, AI-powered capabilities, and workplace modernization. Wipro will leverage its AI platforms like Wipro Intelligence™ and AI Live Workspace™, along with its AI-powered delivery platform WINGS, to modernize ABB's digital workplace. The collaboration aims for more autonomous and predictive workplace services, including GenAI-powered self-service and virtual agents, optimizing device lifecycle management and strengthening endpoint security. This extension reinforces Wipro's position in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
