Xtranet Technologies Appoints Internal, Secretarial Auditors; Reappoints MD

Xtranet Technologies Ltd announced key appointments following its Board of Directors meeting on September 5, 2026. M/s R Jayantilal Shah and Company has been appointed as the Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. M/s Ayush Khandelwal & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Sukhbir Singh Kukreja was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years, also pending member approval. The Board also approved the 25th Board's Report for FY 2026 and the notice for the 25th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
