Xtranet Technologies Re-appoints Sukhbir Singh Kukreja as MD

Xtranet Technologies Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sukhbir Singh Kukreja as Managing Director for a further period of five years, commencing January 29, 2027. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 5, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s R Jayantilal Shah and Company as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and M/s Ayush Khandelwal & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. Additionally, the 25th Board's Report and the Notice for the 25th AGM, scheduled for September 30, 2026, were approved.
