Yaashvi Jewellers Leases Jaipur Showroom for 9 Years

Yaashvi Jewellers Ltd has executed a Lease Deed for a commercial property in Chaksu, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The premises, measuring approximately 1,894 sq. ft., will be used to set up and operate a retail jewellery showroom. The lease agreement is for a tenure of 9 years, ending June 30, 2035, with a monthly rent of ₹1,80,000, subject to a 5% escalation annually. A security deposit of ₹5,40,000 has been paid. The lessor is not a related party, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction. This expansion is expected to enhance the company's retail presence in the region.
