Nisha Chandresh Saraswat, part of the promoter group, has disclosed an inter-se transfer of equity shares via gift deed in Yug Decor Limited. Prior to the transaction, she held 8.01% of the company's shares. The transfer involved 8,80,098 shares, representing 5.44% of the total equity. Following this transaction, her total holding in Yug Decor Limited increased to 13.45% (21,77,210 shares). The transaction was conducted through an off-market gift deed on June 25, 2026.
