Yuranus Infrastructure Appoints DTA & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Yuranus Infrastructure Ltd announced the appointment of M/s DTA & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 140825W), as the new Statutory Auditor of the company. This appointment follows the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. P K N & Co., effective August 13, 2026. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment. The company also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, R J and Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors and PNK & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-2027.
