Zaggle Partners Daimler India for Fleet Card Program

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has entered into a 3-year agreement with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Private Limited (DICV). Under this partnership, Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Zatix & Corporate Credit Card Program to DICV for their fleet partners. The agreement's commercial consideration is based on the number of fleet partners and drivers onboarded by Zaggle and their spending at authorized DICV touchpoints. The exact value is difficult to ascertain at this stage due to its variable nature. This deal is with a domestic entity and does not involve related party transactions.
