Zelio E Mobility Re-appoints MD Kunal Arya, Secretarial Auditor

Zelio E Mobility Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the 5th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kunal Arya as Managing Director. Mr. Arya, who retires by rotation, continues in his existing role effective February 11, 2025. The shareholders also re-appointed M/s Jagsir Singh & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The AGM commenced at 4:13 PM IST and concluded at 4:53 PM IST.
