Zenlabs Ethica Appoints V Nexxtra Lifesciences as Sole Distributor

Zenlabs Ethica Ltd has entered into a business agreement with V Nexxtra Lifesciences Private Limited, appointing them as the sole and exclusive distributor for its entire product portfolio across India. This domestic distribution agreement mandates V Nexxtra Lifesciences to handle marketing, promotion, sales, and distribution. The agreement includes specific terms for sales turnover targets and a commission structure, starting at 5% of Net Sales Value, with a potential increase to 5.5% for FY27-28 onwards if targets are met. V Nexxtra Lifesciences will bear all sales team expenses and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
