Zydus Lifesciences Appoints Walker Chandiok as New Auditors

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as its new statutory auditors, effective from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2026-2027. This appointment follows the mandatory auditor rotation requirement under the Companies Act, 2013, as the current auditors, Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP, will complete their second five-year term. The new auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, concluding at the 37th AGM for the financial year 2031-2032. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 32nd AGM.
