The Small Industries Development Bank of India, holding 43,26,550 equity shares of Haryana Financial Corporation, also declared that they did not make any encumbrance of the said equity shares held by them directly or indirectly during the financial year 2025-26.

Haryana Financial Corporation Ltd has appointed Shri M.K. Chopra as a Shareholder Director. The appointment was made by way of a Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders in its meeting held on 25.03.2026. Chopra, a Commerce Graduate, has a collective experience of around 35-40 years in various SFCs including Haryana Financial Corporation, J&K, and Punjab.

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that the State Government vide Orders no. 1/37/2026-1SII dated 19.03.2026 has appointed Shri Sushil Sarwan, IAS, as Managing Director of Haryana Financial Corporation (HFC). Shri Sarwan takes over from Dr. Aditya Dahiya, IAS, who has joined as Managing Director of Haryana Financial Corporation on 20.03.2076.

The corporation has reported a net profit of ₹ 8.56 crores for the quarter. The board of directors has also approved the recommendation to the state government for winding up/liquidation under section 45 of SFCs Act, 1951. The state government has decided to delist the shares of the corporation from the Bombay Stock Exchange, which is currently under process.

The corporation reported a net profit of ₹ 8.56 crore for the quarter. The total income for the quarter was ₹ 11.65 crore, while the total expenditure stood at ₹ 2.94 crore. The corporation has recommended to the State Government for its winding up/liquidation under section 45 of SFCs Act 1951. The State Government has also decided to delist the shares of the corporation from the Bombay Stock Exchange, which is currently under process.
