The closure is effective from April 01, 2026 till forty eight hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for inter-alia considering and approving the Audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter ended and year ended on March 31, 2026 would be intimated in due course.

Kopran Ltd has announced the resignation of its Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Mr. Adarsh Somani, effective from 17.03.2026. Mr. Somani has also resigned from his membership in various Board Committees. This change in the Board composition is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
