360 ONE WAM appoints Aashish Agarwal as CEO, Karan Bhagat as VC & MD

360 ONE WAM LTD's Board of Directors, at a meeting on September 22, 2026, approved significant management changes. Mr. Aashish Agarwal has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Key Managerial Personnel, effective February 15, 2027. Concurrently, Mr. Karan Bhagat, who continues as the Managing Director until July 26, 2030, has been additionally appointed as the 'Vice-Chairman and Managing Director' with effect from February 15, 2027. The appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Agarwal is an experienced investment banker, previously Managing Director and Country Head at Jefferies, and brings extensive capital markets, investment banking, and asset management experience. This move aims to strengthen the group's leadership across its wealth management, asset management, and capital markets verticals.
