360 ONE WAM Appoints Aashish Agarwal as CEO; Karan Bhagat is Vice-Chairman & MD

360 ONE WAM LTD's Board of Directors has approved significant management changes. Mr. Aashish Agarwal has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, effective February 15, 2027. Mr. Agarwal is a veteran investment banker with deep experience from Jefferies, CLSA, and Merrill Lynch. Concurrently, Mr. Karan Bhagat, the current Managing Director, will continue in his role until July 26, 2030, and will also assume the designation of Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, effective February 15, 2027. These appointments are intended to strengthen the group's leadership, drive growth across its Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Capital Markets verticals, and position the company as a leading financial institution in India's growing economy.
