ACME Solar Subsidiary Signs 130 MW PPA with NFR

ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR). The agreement is for setting up a 130 MW Round the Clock (RTC) renewable energy power project. The project has a tenure of 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) of February 25, 2029. The tariff is fixed at Rs. 4.35 per kWh for each year during the PPA tenure. This is a domestic contract awarded by REMC Limited on behalf of NFR.
