AESL Wins ₹4,700 Cr Maharashtra Transmission Project

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) has secured a significant transmission project in Maharashtra worth approximately ₹4,700 crore. This project is crucial for evacuating 4,500 MW of renewable and storage power, particularly supporting pumped storage potential in the Satara, Pune, and Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The project involves adding 562 ckm of transmission lines and 9,000 MVA of transformation capacity. AESL won this project through the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process as the lowest bidder. The transmission orderbook for AESL now stands at approximately ₹85,000 crore, reinforcing its position as India's largest private transmission and distribution company.
