Amines & Plasticizers Re-appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY27

Amines & Plasticizers Ltd.'s Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. N. J. Mahtani & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Additionally, M/s. A. G. Anikhindi & Co., Cost Accountants, was re-appointed as the Cost Auditor for the same period. The re-appointment of the Cost Auditor is contingent upon ratification by shareholders at the upcoming 51st Annual General Meeting.
