500477 Appoints K M Balaji as Whole-Time Director & CFO

The Board of Directors of 500477 has appointed Mr. K M Balaji as a Whole-Time Director & CFO for a period of two years, effective May 28, 2026. This appointment is contingent on shareholder approval. Mr. Balaji is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds management development certifications from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management. He currently serves as the President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of the Company, bringing 32 years of experience across various finance functions including Treasury, MIS, Investor Relations, M&A evaluation, and fundraising, having raised over ₹2000 Crores via NCDs. He was recognized as the Leading CFO of the year 2024-25 by CII for Excellence in Turnaround. He is not related to any other directors and is not debarred by SEBI.
