Aster DM: Board & Mgmt Changes Post Amalgamation Scheme

Aster DM Healthcare Ltd announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and senior management, effective July 1, 2026, following a Scheme of Amalgamation and organizational restructuring. Mr. Varun Khanna was appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer for five years. Three Independent Directors (Mr. Neeraj Jain, Mr. Kewal Handa, Mr. V K Mathews) and two Non-Executive Directors (Ms. Ayshwarya Vikram, Mr. Ganesh Mani) were also appointed. Concurrently, four Directors, including two Independent and two Non-Executive, resigned. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Hitesh Dhaddha as Chief Investor Relations and M&A Officer. The senior management personnel list was revised with new appointments and changes in designations, and Board committees were reconstituted.
