Aurum PropTech to Acquire Housing.com for 100% Stake
Aurum PropTech Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 100% equity shares, preference shares, and debentures of Locon Solutions Private Limited, the owner of Housing.com. The acquisition will be completed on a fully diluted basis from REA India Pte Limited, Singapore. As consideration, Aurum PropTech will issue 1,97,93,309 equity shares on a preferential basis to REA. Additionally, the company will issue 51,00,000 convertible warrants to its promoter, Aurum RealEstate Developers Limited. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for August 14, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these transactions. The acquisition aims to integrate Housing.com into the Aurum PropTech ecosystem, creating a unified marketplace and transaction platform.
