Belrise Industries Signs License Pact with Japan's Yamato Co.

Belrise Industries Ltd has entered into a License and Technical Assistance Agreement with Yamato Co., Ltd. of Japan. This agreement grants Belrise the license to manufacture and sell air filters, oil filters, and resin air intake manifold products within India, utilizing Yamato's know-how. Yamato will also provide design, development, testing, and manufacturing support. The consideration for this partnership will be in the form of royalty and technical assistance fees. This collaboration aims to enhance Belrise's product offerings for the Indian Automotive and Industrial OEMs market.
