BHEL Board to meet on May 4, 2026, for FY26 Audited Results

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. As per SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until May 6, 2026, in anticipation of the financial results announcement.
