BHEL Senior Management Changes: New Head Appointed

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced changes in its senior management. Shri Y Srinivasa Rao, Executive Director (HPEP), Hyderabad, has superannuated from the company's services as of September 24, 2026. Concurrently, Shri Chittimouj Gowri Shankar, General Manager & Head (HPVP), Visakhapatnam, has been appointed to the Senior Management, effective September 25, 2026. He will assume the role of the new Head of Heavy Plate & Vessels Plant (HPVP), Visakhapatnam, reporting to the Director (IS & P). Shri Shankar brings 34 years of service to BHEL, holding a B. Tech in Computer Science.
