Bharat Road Network Ltd Subsidiary Under SFIO Investigation

Bharat Road Network Ltd and its subsidiary Orissa Steel Expressway Private Limited have received an email from the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) on July 14, 2026. The SFIO, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has ordered an investigation into the affairs of SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited and other companies, including Bharat Road Network Ltd and its subsidiary, under Section 212(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013. Information is being called for under Section 217(1) of the same Act. The company stated that it continues to operate normally and will cooperate with the SFIO. Currently, there is no material impact on the company's financial or operational activities.
