Bharatrohan Rescinds US Subsidiary Plan, Approves New One via GroeiGids B.V.

Bharatrohan Airborne Innovations Ltd's Board of Directors has rescinded its earlier intimation from May 30, 2026, regarding the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA. Subsequently, the Board has approved a fresh proposal to incorporate a step-down subsidiary in the United States. This new entity, to be named 'BharatRohan INC.' or similar, will be incorporated by GroeiGids B.V., Bharatrohan's existing Dutch subsidiary. The US subsidiary will be held by GroeiGids B.V., making it a step-down subsidiary of Bharatrohan. The proposed company will focus on marketing and selling spices, pulses, and essential pantry staples directly to households, retailers, and foodservice providers. Initial capital will be in the form of cash.
