
BMW Industries: CFO Relieved of CS Duties; New Authorizations Issued
BMW Industries Ltd has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel authorizations. Mr. Vikram Kapur, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been relieved of his additional responsibilities as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer (CS) effective July 31, 2026, due to his other preoccupations. He will continue to serve as CFO. The company is in the process of appointing a new CS. Concurrently, pursuant to SEBI LODR regulations, the company has authorized Mr. Harsh Kumar Bansal (Managing Director), Mr. Vivek Kumar Bansal (Managing Director), Mr. Ram Gopal Bansal (Chairman & Whole-time Director), and Mr. Vikram Kapur (CFO) severally to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the stock exchanges.
