CapitalNumbers to Acquire Epitome Cloud Inc. for ₹40 Cr

CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited's Board has authorized the acquisition of 100% ownership in Epitome Cloud Inc., a US-based technology services company, for approximately ₹40 crore in cash. The acquisition also includes Epitome Cloud's Indian subsidiary. Epitome Cloud, established in 2020, specializes in digital transformation, enterprise platform services, Salesforce consulting, revenue lifecycle transformation, and business process automation. Its turnover for CY 2023, 2024, and 2025 was $3.28M, $4.11M, and $2.86M respectively. This strategic move aims to strengthen Capital Numbers' Salesforce-led digital transformation capabilities, expand its presence and customer access in the US market, add specialized delivery and domain expertise, and create cross-selling opportunities. The transaction is expected to be completed within 8 to 12 weeks and is not a related party transaction.
