Coforge Partners with Driving Forward for Student Career Pathways

Coforge Limited, a global AI-native engineering services leader, has partnered with Driving Forward, a U.S.-based non-profit organization. This collaboration aims to expand career pathways for first-generation and under-resourced college students in Chicago. Coforge participated as an Opportunity Sponsor at Driving Forward's 2026 Annual Celebration, providing mentorship, practical learning roadmaps, and professional connections. Driving Forward assists students in developing practical skills, confidence, and professional networks through programs like paid internships, mentorship, and career-readiness training. Since 2020, the organization has impacted nearly 280 students. Coforge's sponsorship underscores its commitment to enhancing access to career development opportunities and nurturing the next generation of professionals. Several Coforge employees have also volunteered and will serve as mentors in 2027.
