Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd announced a change in its top leadership. Ms. Prabha Narasimhan has resigned as Managing Director and CEO, effective September 27, 2026, due to her promotion to Executive Vice President - Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division at Colgate-Palmolive. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Anandani as the new Managing Director and CEO for a term of five years, effective September 28, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder and other necessary statutory approvals. Mr. Anandani brings extensive experience from his previous role as Managing Director for India and South Asia at Kenvue (erstwhile Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health) and has prior experience with Colgate-Palmolive.
