Confidence Petroleum Director Resigns

Mrs. Ketki Save has resigned as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Confidence Petroleum India Ltd, effective June 4, 2026. The resignation is due to preoccupation with other activities. She has confirmed there are no other material reasons for her departure and has no claims against the company. Mrs. Save also ceases to be a member of several key committees, including the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
