DCB Bank: RBI Reappoints Krishnan Sridhar as Whole Time Director

DCB Bank Ltd. announced that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the reappointment of Mr. Krishnan Sridhar Seshadri as the Whole Time Director (Executive Director) for a further period of 1 year, effective from June 13, 2026. The approval was conveyed via RBI letter no. CO.DOR.HGG.NO.S1681/29-03-001/2026-2027 dated May 25, 2026. Mr. Seshadri has over 40 years of banking experience and previously served as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank since May 2017.
