DCM: Sumant Bharat Ram Transfers 12.6 Lakh Shares via Gift

Sumant Bharat Ram, a promoter and director of DCM Ltd, has transferred 12,60,000 equity shares of DCM to his sons, Yuv Bharat Ram and Rahil Bharat Ram, who are also promoters and directors of the company. The transfer was executed as a gift without any consideration. This transfer represents 6.74% of the total share capital. Before the transfer, Sumant Bharat Ram held 54,07,124 shares (28.95%). After the transfer, his holding is reduced to 41,47,124 shares.
