DIC India MD & CEO Manish Bhatia resigns

DIC India Ltd announced that Mr. Manish Bhatia, its Managing Director and CEO, has resigned from his position effective June 2, 2026, to pursue other career opportunities. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation in a meeting held on the same day. Mr. Bhatia will be relieved from his responsibilities at the close of business hours on August 29, 2026. The company will disclose a copy of his resignation letter within seven days from his last working day. The Board also placed on record its appreciation for his leadership and contributions during his tenure.
