Axentra Corp Appoints Senthil Kumar Bellan as Additional Director & MD

Axentra Corp Ltd announced the appointment of Senthil Kumar Bellan as an Additional Director (Executive) and Managing Director, effective July 14, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Bellan, who currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, has been appointed as Managing Director for a term of five years, from July 14, 2026, to July 13, 2031. He brings over 27 years of international experience in finance and operations.
