Endurance Tech: Appeal Allowed, ₹98.28 Lakh Demand Order Set Aside

The Joint Commissioner (ST), Appeals, has allowed Endurance Technologies' appeal and set aside the order dated 17th February, 2025, passed by the Deputy Commissioner (CT), LTU-DC 1, Tamil Nadu. The original demand order, pertaining to FY 2020-21, involved ₹98.28 lakh (including disputed tax, interest, and penalty) related to credit notes issued for sales returns and interest on reversal of input tax credit. The company had filed an appeal, and upon submission of documents, the Joint Commissioner (ST) Appeals, Chennai, allowed the appeal on May 14, 2026.
