Frontier Capital Declares Standalone Un-audited Results for Q1 FY27

Frontier Capital Ltd announced its standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results, prepared under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Additionally, the Board approved the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and announced the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 8, 2026, via video conferencing. The company is also implementing measures to enhance its Net Owned Funds (NOF) to comply with RBI requirements. The closure of share transfer books for the AGM will be from September 1 to September 8, 2026.
