Frontier Capital Ltd Board Approves Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results

Frontier Capital Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 8, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. CS Shilpa Mahesh Bandre has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM. The company is also implementing measures to enhance its Net Owned Funds (NOF) to comply with RBI requirements.
