GKB Ophthalmics Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until Completion of Audited Financial Results

GKB Ophthalmics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is to prevent any transactions involving trading in shares of the company during the closure of the trading window. The date of the board meeting to consider the results will be intimated in due course.
