GKB Ophthalmics Ltd: Independent Directors' Meeting Reviews Performance and Information Flow

A separate meeting of the Independent Directors of GKB Ophthalmics Ltd for the year 2025-26 was held. The Independent Directors reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board, assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the Company's management and the Board, and reviewed the performance of the Chairperson. The meeting was held pursuant to Regulation 25(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and section 149(8) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Schedule IV (VII). The meeting started at 3:30 P.M. and ended at 4:10 P.M. on the same day.
