HCLSoftware to Acquire Robotiq.ai for EUR 9 Million

HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, announced its intent to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatian provider of Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. This acquisition aims to strengthen HCL UnO Agentic's capabilities by adding RPA features for automating tasks where APIs are insufficient, extending orchestration from decision-making to execution. Robotiq.ai's platform is used by major banks, insurance, and telecom companies and is known for its security and reliability. The deal, valued at an Enterprise Value of EUR 9 million (adjusted for net debt and working capital), is expected to close by November 2026. Robotiq.ai reported revenue of EUR 1.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% cash consideration and is not a related party transaction.
