HCLSoftware to Acquire Robotiq.ai for EUR 9M

HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, announced its intent to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatian provider of Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. This acquisition aims to bolster HCL UnO Agentic's capabilities by integrating RPA for task automation, especially where APIs are insufficient. Robotiq.ai's platform is utilized by major financial and telecom firms and is known for its security and deployment flexibility. The deal, valued at an Enterprise Value of EUR 9 million (cash consideration), is expected to close by November 2026. Robotiq.ai reported revenue of EUR 1.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. This move strengthens HCLSoftware's position in the growing enterprise demand for AI-driven automation and execution.
