H.G. Infra Engineering Incorporates SPV for PM-SETU Project

H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has incorporated a Section 8 Company, "H.G. Talent Edge Foundation ITI Bhiwadi", as a not-for-profit Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). This SPV is established to fulfill the conditions of a letter of award received from the Government of Rajasthan for the Operation and Management of ITI Bhiwadi Cluster under the PM-SETU scheme. The company has initially subscribed to 51% of the share capital amounting to ₹51,000. As the SPV is newly incorporated and yet to commence operations, there is no immediate impact on H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd's financials.
