Hindustan Zinc: Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Hindustan Zinc Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code. The window will be shut from Wednesday, July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
