ICRA Ltd: Ritesh Gupta Appointed Chief Business Officer-Designate

ICRA Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ritesh Gupta as Executive Vice President & Chief Business Officer-Designate, effective October 12, 2026. He will transition to the role of Chief Business Officer on January 1, 2027, upon the superannuation of the current officer, Mr. L. Shivakumar. Mr. Gupta brings nearly 27 years of leadership experience in financial institutions, including IDFC First Bank, ANZ, and Yes Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in corporate banking, project finance, and risk management.
