Leading Leasing Appoints Satish Kalmaste as MD & CFO

Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Satish Sahadev Kalmaste as the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 8, 2026. Mr. Kalmaste's appointment as MD is for a period of five years, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. He brings over 11 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Income Tax, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Concurrently, Mr. Ketanbhai Shivabhai Gosai has resigned from both positions due to other professional commitments. The board also approved the reconstitution of various committees.
