Leading Leasing Finance Appoints Satish Kalmaste as MD & CFO

Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on October 8, 2026. Mr. Satish Sahadev Kalmaste has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term, effective October 8, 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. He has also been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from the same date. These appointments follow the resignation of Mr. Ketanbhai Shivabhai Gosai from both positions due to other professional commitments. The Board also approved the reconstitution of various committees.
