Leading Leasing Appoints New MD & CFO, Reconstitutes Board Committees

Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltd announced key management changes following a Board Meeting on October 8, 2026. Mr. Satish Sahadev Kalmaste has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term and also as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), both effective from October 8, 2026. These appointments are subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. Concurrently, Mr. Ketanbhai Shivabhai Gosai has resigned from both positions due to other professional commitments.
