Popular Vehicles Whole-Time Director Resigns

Mr. John Kuttukaran Paul, Whole-Time Director of Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd, has resigned effective immediately on October 8, 2026. The resignation is a result of a family settlement agreement among the promoter family, aiming to preserve unity and allow individual pursuit of business goals. As per the settlement, management and operational control will remain with the continuing promoters, Mr. Francis K. Paul and Mr. Naveen Philip. Mr. Paul will now focus on specific partnerships, educational trusts, and other agreed-upon family businesses.
