Popular Vehicles Director Resigns from 5 Subsidiaries

Mr. John Kuttukaran Paul has resigned as Director from five subsidiaries of Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd: Prabal Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Material Subsidiary), Popular Autoworks Pvt. Ltd., Kuttukaran Cars Pvt. Ltd., Popular Auto Dealers Pvt. Ltd., and Keracon Equipments Private Limited. The resignations are effective immediately and are pursuant to a Family Settlement among the Promoter Family, as agreed upon in a Memorandum Recording Family Arrangement dated October 01, 2026. Mr. Paul will now focus on specific partnerships, educational trusts, and other specified companies as part of the family business.
